These Terms and Conditions govern your submission of an application and your relationship with the Company throughout the recruitment process.
2. Your Obligations as a Candidate
By submitting your application, you confirm and warrant that:
- The information you have provided in your application, CV, and any subsequent communications is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

- You will inform us immediately of any changes to the information provided.
3. Our Role and Services
- We act as a recruitment intermediary, connecting candidates with potential employers.
- Submitting an application does not create an employment contract between you and the Company, nor does it guarantee an interview, a job offer, or placement.
- We will review your details against the requirements of our clients (the "Potential Employers"). We may contact you to discuss your application and potential opportunities.

5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

This period will not exceed 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law.
- If you are not referred for a role: We will retain your data to consider you for future opportunities. However, we will permanently delete your identifiable personal information from our active databases upon your request, in line with your right to erasure.
9. Anonymised Data for Statistical Purposes
We may retain and use anonymised and aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you (e.g., statistics on applicant qualifications or industries) for research and strategic planning purposes indefinitely. Once anonymised, this is no longer considered personal data.
